E-mail enquiries are handled on a first-come, first-served basis within 3-5 working days.

The first 15 minutes spent on a request are free; anything over that time is billed at $5.00 per half hour with a maximum of one hour research time, plus a $0.25 per page reproduction fee.

Please include in your message:

• a postal mailing address.
• a maximum amount you are willing to pay.
• as many details as possible regarding your question.
