The Library welcomes any questions you may have about our services and resources.

E-mail research questions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis within 3-5 working days.
The first 15 minutes spent on a request are free; anything over that time is billed at $5.00 per half hour with a maximum of one hour research time, plus a $0.25 per page reproduction fee.
Please include in your message:
- a postal mailing address.
- a maximum amount you are willing to pay.
- as many details as possible regarding your question.

Results of research will be sent by e-mail or the postal service. If you have a deadline, you may receive faster service by visiting or calling the Library.
Staff do not conduct census research.
