Meeting Rooms
The Wichita Public Library welcomes the use of its meeting room facilities for civic, educational and public information meetings of interest to the citizens of Wichita. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and should be made in advance so an agreement can be mailed, signed and returned with payment before the meeting.

All programs shall be open to the public.

Meeting rooms are available only during Library hours, and must be vacated 15 minutes before closing time.

No money may be exchanged in the Library for goods, services, contributions or payment of any other fee.

Refreshments may be served inside the room. No alcoholic beverages. Group must provide necessary items and take responsiblity for cleanup.
