Your Library Logon

To access your account you will need your card number and your password. Your password is the last four digits of the telephone number on your registration, unless you have changed it. If you prefer, you can establish a username as an alternate for your card number.

If you would like to create a username:

• Log in to your account,
• Select Change Logon on your My Record page,
• Select Change Username,
• Enter and verify the username you want,
• Click Submit.
• If your chosen username is already in use, the system will prompt you for another.

If you would like to change your password for security:

• Log in to your account,
• Select Change Logon on your My Record page,
• Select Change Password,
• Type your current password in the Old Password box,
• Type the new password in the New Password box.
  
  (The password must be a minimum of 4 characters and a maximum of 16. You can use letters and numbers, but not special keyboard characters.)
  
• Type the new password again in the Verification box,
• Click Submit.
  

If you forget your password, the system will email it to the address on your registration. If you did not indicate an email address, Library staff can reset it for you. Come to the library with your library card and another form of identification.
